How do I return an item? We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Your gratification is our goal. We understand that online purchasing may be difficult for sizing and fit. You can return your unworn, unwashed item with tags not removed back to us for a refund within 14 days of purchase. A 15% restocking will apply to cover credit card and initial free shipping expense. Only returns, not exchanges, will be charged a restocking fee. Railcar Fine Goods will repair Railcar jeans for any manufacturing defects for FREE up to 30 days of the original purchase. Just snap a picture of your receipt and email it to info@railcarfinegoods.com with your info. We will repair them for FREE. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. You cover the cost of the return shipment. There will be 15% deducted from your return for services. To return your purchase, place your item(s) in a secure package and send your package to: 140 E.
