FAQ
Q: What if I'm between sizes? A: If you’re between sizes, go with the next size up. Our sizing fits a snug "true to size."
Q: How much does it cost to chain stitch hem? A: FREE! We will chain stitch Railcar jeans to your length for free!
Q: Railcar jeans lengths are too long. Can I get them hemmed to my length before you ship them to me? A: We prefer you to buy the jeans first and check for fitment just in the case you need to exchange them for another size. We can't exchange jeans that have been altered. After you know they fit, you can mark them exactly where you want the finished hem to be and send them back to us. We will chain stitch hem them and send them back to you. The easiest ways to get your jeans back to us is by using a Flat Rate bag from USPS. We will even enclose one of those USPS bags in your order if requested. You can print a shipping label on their site at www.USPS.com
Q: What if the jeans are just not for me? A: We can refund your item so long as they are received in new condition, with all tags still attached, within 14-days of when your order is shipped. There is a 15% fee so that we can recover the cost of the initial free shipping and credit card transaction service fee charged to us.
